Rene’ Brooks is an experienced real estate agent that delivers excellent service to her clients. Working with Coldwell Banker for most of her real estate career, Rene’ is known for building relationships and taking the necessary time to educate her clients about the home buying and selling process. Whether the client is a first-time home buyer or an experienced buyer, Rene’ strives to deliver results with a personal touch. 

 

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Rene’ enjoyed a career in human resources and administration for the State of Maryland. Rene’s solid background in administration allows her to expertly navigate complex real estate transactions, ensuring that deals are closed, and clients are satisfied.

Rene’ is a graduate of the University of Baltimore and completed Coldwell Banker Realtor’s Fast Track Program. She enjoys interior decorating, traveling, entertaining, sewing, shopping, and, of course, looking at homes.

Carl Brooks brings to The BBL Group many years of experience as an engineering and operations manager in the defense industry.  He was responsible for the development, start-up and management of several multimillion-dollar manufacturing operations. His experiences developing strategies, managing tasks and deploying the right people to the right tasks provide him with the perfect skill set for “closing the deal” in the competitive world of commercial real estate.

Carl earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from Clark Atlanta University and a master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland. He enjoys golf, travel, and is an advocate for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) education in public schools.
